Nassrin Farquharson

Nassrin Farquharson is a realistic watercolour artist who has worked in all mediums. An active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, Pacific Rim Art Society and Western Art Circle, Nassrin has exhibited in group shows in Edmonton, Vancouver and Tofino. She has been teaching at the Dunbar Community Centre for the last five years.
Join Nassrin at Opus Granville Island to view her unique technique using watercolour and ink. Nassrin will paint using watercolours and while it dries, she will use ink to make designs on plexiglass. She will then press the dried watercolours onto the plexiglass to transfer the ink designs. Nassrin's demo will focus on the power of your imagination and taking chances.
