Fidelis Printmaking, formally known as Vancouver Imageworks, is searching for feature
or emerging artists to win one of ten Artist's Promotional Packages, worth $3000.00.
Fidelis Printmaking provides a series of integrated services to produce and promote
limited edition fine art prints on a national basis. This package includes options
for a professional marketing presence including Portfolio Set-Up, Business Cards,
Promotion Sheets, digital prints, and more. To apply please submit 6-10 images on

Richmond's Artists Among Us

Call for Westshore Artists
The Juan De Fuca Arts & Crafts Guild is organizing their 2nd Annual studio tour
for the Highlands, Colwood and Langford area. The tour is planned for the weekend
of October 1st-2nd, 2005. Organizers are inviting artists to participate and a "visiting
artist" system is anticipated for those needing studio space. Deadline for interested

Roving Artists' Annual Art Show
The Roving Artists, previously known as the St. Barts' Artists, are having their
annual show of art June 24th-26th from 9:00am-5:00pm at 464 South Fletcher in Gibsons.
The group began 16 years ago in the St. Bartholomew Church hall, hence the former
name. Since the group has been in so many places, it was time to change the name
from the place of their birth to their present name, The Roving Artists. This will

Lower Mainland Sculpture Exhibitions
Sculpture is alive and doing well at three separate events. The Sculptors' Society
of British Columbia presents Legacies Through Time at the Surrey Art Gallery from
June 18th-August 7th, 2005. Their second exhibition, Moments in Movement, features
over 55 recent works and takes place at the Pendulum Gallery on Georgia Street from
June 20th-July 2nd, 2005. The third exhibition, Courting Sculpture, begins on the

Art & Adventure in the Great Out of Doors

West Coast Art Adventure
Artists and scientists alike will enjoy this integrated marine art weekend June
9th-12th, 2005. Guided by experienced marine educators and artist Annette Shaw,
participants will have a chance to learn more about the marine environment and then
liberate the artist within during studio sessions. The three-day course is ideal
for beginning artists, families, and anyone looking for a new experience. The price
for the weekend is $300 and includes all instruction and field trips, all meals
on June 10th-11th and breakfast on June 12th, as well as accommodation for the nights

Whalley Design Competition Information Meeting
The Whalley Business Improvement Association (BIA) invites artists attend an information session for their Decorative Banner Design Competition. Port Moody's Call for Entry
The Blackberry Gallery at the Port Moody Arts Centre is looking for Artist Trading Cards. All media will be accepted, but entries must be 2.5" X 3.5", fit into a plastic trading card sleeve and a maximum of 18 cards will be accepted per artist. Trading Card workshops will be held on June 27th, 2005 and July 2nd, 2005. Entries for the exhibition are due July 25th, no later than 5:00pm. The exhibition will be on display August 18th-September 25th with a trading card session September 25th from 1:00pm-4:00pm.
