You asked for it and we've delivered. The Opus Community Workshops and Classes database has arrived! Opus is committed to providing resources to our visual arts communities and the visual artists who live and work within those communities. In 2004, we conducted an art educator survey to learn how we could better serve the large number of artists who also teach in our Opus communities. One of the largest requests we received from our survey was to support teachers and assist them in promoting their classes to the public. At the same time, we also fielded a number of requests from our customers looking for art classes in their communities. We put these two requests together and came up with a solution that we are excited to share with you, the Opus Community Workshops and Classes webpage! This new free service can be found on our website, www.opusframing.com/library/classes.

If you are looking to take a class you can click on a course name or search for classes by start date, location, subject or instructor. There is a class available to suit your needs! Art Instructors who would like to share class information with potential students can click on the instructor access and follow the instructions on the screen. Start promoting your classes today! The classes and workshops listed on this website are provided by fellow artists in communities across BC as another free service hosted by Opus Framing & Art Supplies. This area of our website gives artists an opportunity to learn from and connect with other passionate artists who love to share and teach their craft to others.
