My favourite medium to work in is Silkscreen & Woodblock Printing.

If I had a free lifetime supply of one art supply it would be Derwent 2H Pencils or the Great Canadian Sketchbook. Does coffee count as an art supply?

Critics would describe my work as Carefully calculated renditions of man, machine and the passage of time.

While I work I listen to Rush, early Genesis w/ Peter Gabriel, The Cure, etc. But Jeff Beal?s soundtrack to Pollock is #1 on the hit parade.

If I could share my studio or take lessons with any Canadian Artist it would be any war artist from WWII. The majority of my work revolves around maintaining the memory of what those men and women did for us.

If I could be part of any art movement it would be Die Brücke. I think those years were an incredible time for expressionist woodblock printing.

The book next to (and in) my bed are The Dark is Rising Sequence by Susan Cooper, plus various Jack Kirby and Wallace Wood comic books.

Working with Doug Wildey on the original Jonny Quest cartoon series of 1964-65.
