Sennelier Soft Pastels:
Softer than the Rembrandts but not quite as soft as the Schminckes, these pastels come in over 500 colours. These pastels possess possibly the widest selection of dark tones, and extreme intensity in their bright colours. Available in sets at all stores, and at Opus North Vancouver in open stock.

Rembrandt Soft Pastels:
A medium soft pastel, perfect for providing a base layer to work over with softer lines. There are 44 pure colours with 41 shades mixed with black and 118 tints mixed with white (203 colours total).

Schmincke Soft Pastels:
The softest pastels available today. The 299 colours are amazingly consistent in softness throughout the line; all colours are intensely pigmented, the lights are especially valuable for highlighting.

Fixatives:
For fixing your pastels while you work or when you are finished the final piece, we have both aerosol and non-aerosol fixative sprays, including: Krylon, Myston and Winsor & Newton aerosol fixatives, and Delacroix or Latour non-aerosol fixatives in pump spray bottles.
