General responsibilities:

• Production of Opus' monthly Visual Arts Newsletter & E-newsletter
• Coordinate and develop Opus' website
• Coordinate and develop Opus' PR materials
• Product development & introduction
• Special event coordination
• Company donation requests
• Support to other departments and staff
• General correspondence (internal and external)
• Customer service & support
• Accurate data entry and management
• Filing and general office maintenance

Skills & Attributes:

• Web programming in HTML, XHTML or CSS
• Adobe Suite (CS2)
• Microsoft Office
• Accurate data entry/management
• Strong communication skills
• Work creatively and efficiently
• Customer relationship management
• Accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to problem solve
• Knowledge of art supplies
