Customer Service Sales Representative

As a customer service sales representative in Opus' Mail Order & Account Services Department, you will have an opportunity to showcase your skills and passion for people and art in an administrative environment.

Our department interacts with a variety of customers — from artists to teachers, institutions and businesses through telephone, fax and online orders. We are a small and hard working department looking for someone who is flexible, energetic and loves the little details.

• I have excellent written and verbal skills and a positive telephone demeanor
• I am comfortable using computers and have a good understanding of basic software applications
• I look forward to applying my customer service skills at Opus
